省エネと効率:段階的な改善

コルク栓の汚染を検出する新システム

パラモン・エクスポルタップS.Lは、

国立エネルギー効率基金を通じて、エネルギー効率化プロジェクト「プロセス全体の効率を改善する、 新たな、コルク栓汚染検出システム」の支援を受けました。その基金は、多様化と省エネルギー研究所(IDAE)によって管理されており、持続可能な成長のためのERDF運用プログラムを通じて、2014〜2020年にEUが共同出資した支援です。

省エネと効率化のプロジェクトは、生産工程で追加の消毒を必要としない、コルク栓一つ一つを分離して汚染検出するシステムを導入しました。コルク栓が、 オゾンと酸素消毒システムを回避できることにより、推定33.08 Toe /年の節約を達成しました。

このように、年々増加する生産リズムを維持することと、省エネを向上させること。この2つの目標を掲げています。
